Cancellation Terms

To cancel your registration, please submit a written request. Please note the following conditions:

• Email communication is needed to cancel the registrations.
• Before 4 months of start date, full refund, with a 200$ administrative fee deducted.
• Before 3 months of start date, half refund.
• Before 2 months of start date, no refund.
• Registrations are transferable (credit shell).
• Before 15 days to start date, accommodations booked through us will be refunded.
• Accommodations are transferable to other colleagues for the same conference.

For Accommodations: Accommodations booked through us can be refunded according to our policy.

Additional Information

We're not responsible for any loss or damage due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters or terrorism. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the conference. Unfortunately, we cannot refund requests resulting from cancelled flights or natural disasters. However, registered delegates can transfer their registration fees and accommodation charges to future conferences.
